Tafeaga "Junior" Sa'u (born 18 April 1987) is a rugby league player for the Newcastle Knights in the NRL. He plays as a centre. He is the first cousin of Manly Sea Eagles centre Steve Matai.

Sa'u has played for the Newcastle Knights since making his first grade debut in 2008.
Sa'u was named in the Samoa training squad for the 2008 World Cup but did not make the final squad.[1]
In 2009 Sa'u was selected as part of the New Zealand Kiwis Four Nations squad and made his debut against Tonga.[2]
In May 2010, Sa'u was selected as centre for the New Zealand Kiwis in the annual ANZAC Test.
In 2009 Sa'u was praised for coming to the aid of a 15 year old girl who was being assaulted in Waratah.[3]
